• During Low Season (1st April – 31st Aug), reservations will be confirmed against payment of 25% of the full room rate or package rate.
   
• During High Season (1st Sept – 31st Mar) , reservations will be confirmed against payment of 50% of the full room rate or package rate.
   
• On cancellation, the advance payment will only be refunded if the cancellation is made at least 25 days in advance of the arrival date.
   
• 15% luxury tax will be added to the actual room rate.
   
• Check in and check out are at 12 noon.
   
• Extra bed in the room is 20% extra on the room rate.
   
• We accept cash, Visa and Mastercard as payment methods.
   
• Guests should inform us of their arrival times and flight numbers and we can arrange transfers to and from the airport for 500 INR each way.
   
• Food packages are only available with ayurvedic treatment programmes, all other guests will use the Restaurant menu a la carte.
   
• Group bookings should contact us for daily group accommodation and food rates.
