we see monsoon rains and our plants get their water supply for the whole year,
and from mid-September to the end of March the temperatures are moderate, we
have no rain and day after day of breezy, tropical sunshine.

Keralan food is fresh, tasty and inexpensive and usually served to you by
someone with a huge grin on their face. The people here are honest, friendly and
open and laughter is never far away.
